		<description>Where does your hypothesis stand in regards to diurnal prosimians? For example have they always been diurnal or have they since evolved from nocturnal ones simply to occupy a different niche?
I only ask seeing as I work with 3 species of lemurs all of which are diurnal, however you implied in your post that all lemurs are nocturnal. Also some lemur species who are active during the day also spend most of their time on the ground (e.g. lemur catta). This does not seem a good way to avoid predation.</description>
